Position: Sr. Executive – Pre-Sales
Primary Responsibilities:
The candidate will be the prime point of contact for providing Proposal/RFP response from the offshore delivery center.
In depth understanding of RFP/RFI process, proposal development, and bid management. The candidate should manage for work allocation, review deliverables, and coordinate with key stakeholders for day to day operations.
Work with sales and delivery teams to manage the proposal / solution development process, and participate in client calls for qualification of opportunities.
Experience of managing client visits – planning, scheduling, and managing discussions.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Understand the sales process and provide support to business development teams as needed.
Content creation, review, and delivery for corporate website, solution documents, competency profiles, and case studies.
Maintain valid RFP knowledge management system, for all existing and new proposals.
Should have:
Relevant experience in Pre-sales team for a minimum of 3-4 years.
Excellent written and oral communication, strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
Strong time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
Solid understanding of IT Project management process, with up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and market competition
Experience: Min 3 - 4 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Engineering / MBA (Systems) specialization.
