1. Purpose of SMS Messaging

BlueAlly uses SMS text messaging solely for operational and service-related purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Confirming appointments or meetings
  • Providing service updates
  • Coordinating project or delivery details
  • Responding to customer or vendor inquiries

BlueAlly does not use SMS messages for unsolicited marketing or promotional content.

2. How You Opt In

By providing your mobile phone number to a BlueAlly employee, completing a service request, creating an account, or otherwise requesting that we contact you via text message, you consent to receive SMS communications from BlueAlly for business purposes.

3. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from BlueAlly at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you initiate contact again.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent or received, depending on your mobile carrier plan. BlueAlly is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
