BlueAlly acquired B2B Technologies to add additional capabilities in cloud technologies and in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Communication, Security, and Application Development.
BlueAlly clients will now have access to a wider range of cloud and Microsoft focused services from B2B Technologies, and B2B Technologies clients will be able to take advantage of the broad range of BlueAlly solutions in the areas of security governance & compliance, infrastructure, and application & automation.
BlueAlly will continue to deliver the same high levels of service to existing clients of both companies. The addition of B2B Technologies into BlueAlly extends the service offering available to you, and further solidifies our position as a leading IT solutions provider.
There will be no changes to Service Agreements. Current Services Agreements and Deliverables Orders remain valid and we will continue to deliver as specified in all of them.
There will be no immediate changes to our invoicing procedures and payment instructions. This may happen eventually but we will communicate that to you well in advance.
All contact information for BlueAlly and B2B Technologies remains the same, and we will continue to operate the existing B2B Technologies website, email domain, and phone system for the foreseeable future. New contact information for B2B Technologies team members will be shared as it becomes available.
Clients of B2B Technologies will continue to be serviced by their existing B2B team. Members of the BlueAlly team will be introduced to help deliver additional capability to B2B clients. Any future changes will be communicated in a timely manner.
